  17.     There is one port on the card, accessable directly (ie, it's
  18. available on the back of the computer).  The second port is a series
  19. of pinouts on the card, so you would have to purchase the cable
  20. yourself.

  25.     If they are reasonably system-compliant, yes.  There is a
  26. device-driver for the port, and a program to redirect access to the
  27. normal port to the ariadne parallel port.

  33.     Welp, you could use the above redirection program.  I believe you
  34. could also mount it as a separate device, say ARIPAR:, but I can't
  35. find my manual right now to doublecheck; I don;t use the parallel
  36. ports for much.

  38.     It -is- firmly stated that using the native parallel port for
  39. printing, and the Ariadne ports for networking or the like, is more
  40. compatable.
